(At the secret lair in the headquarters, Timon, Pumbaa, Pat, Stan, Professor Chi-Chi and the selfish meerkat are strapped on the wall with Brutox, the President and the Panther Chief watching them over)

• Timon: Hello? Ah! Where are we?
• Brutox: Hehehehehehehehehehehehehohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohoho. You are in our secret lair.
• Timon: What? You little monster.
• Brutox: Yes. Today the world is going to be under controlled by us. Our deal will work and everyone will love me with everything you love and hate.
• Timon: Get me out of this stinky place.
• Panther Chief: Don't be mad. You are with us now.
• President: Brutox will become president and he will force everyone to work under his schemes.
• Brutox: That's right. I will put everyone in my control and look what i have? *show the cube to Timon*
• Timon: The dimensional cube!
• Brutox: Yes. Ha ha ha. I stole it in the water when the stadium is getting sunked in.
• Timon: Maniac! That cube belong to Professor Chi-Chi.
• Brutox: I will make you all supervillains. You will work for me and you will start destroying universes all over the multiverse. We will make a deal and we will work together to destroy the Pride Lands.
• Timon: No. NO! Get me out of here.
• President: Such a mutate.
• Panther Chief: I think it's about time we control all the people.
• Brutox: Yes. Precious.

(Back at the neighborhood in the forest with Emily's mole crew)

• Emily: Guys, i think we should go after the headquarters. Our heroes must be in danger.
• Joey: What?

• Emily: Nothing. Brutox might destroy the whole world and all we have to do is become tribes and hunt after the headquarters. Who's with me?

(The moles pick their spears and weapons to head over to the new diamond headquarters)

• Emily: Let's head to the headquarters.

• Lili: Our heroes are in danger. Maybe Professor Chi-Chi have one of his special devices to warp into the headquarters.

(In the destroyed lab of Professor Chi-Chi's, the gang move the bricks out and discover a time warping device)

• Lili: All we gotta do is build a circle to open the portal to the headquarters.

(Back at the New Diamond Headquarters in the secret lair)

• Timon: You idiots! I have been trap for an hour.

• President: Come on Brutox, it's time to hypnotize the world.
• Panther Chief: Look like the world is going to be changed.
• Brutox: I'll be back. And don't do anything stupid.

(In the top of the new diamond headquarters)

• Brutox: Today's the day. The world will be changed and everyone will be under my control. No more hate, no more debate, and no more hiding. Now everything will be ruled by control!
• President: Are we ready for this?
• Panther Chief: Yes. Let's do this.
• Brutox: Okay. Now the world will change after all. *use the hypnotize gun on the sky to spread the hypnotize power all over the sky* *evil laugh*

(Two chickens are walking as the power hypnotize them in Brutox's control)

(A pig garbage man is taking out the trash as the power hypnotize him)

(Back at the neighborhood, the big portal is all set)

• Emily: It's working.
• Stephanie: Let's get the power going.

• President: I don't think everyone believe in aliens like when a UFO took over the neighborhood.

(A big portal open in the ground as everyone arrive at the fort)

• Emily: Whoa, this place is new.

• Joey: Oh no, what is Brutox is doing?
• Emily: Let's fire at them!

(The moles throw spears and arrows at the headquarters)

• Panther Chief: Sir, we are under attack! A protest is approaching towards us.
• Brutox: Stupid people. They didn't even get hypnotized yet.
• President: I should warn everyone to leave now.
• Pat: *break the door* Not so fast.
• Brutox: Pat-Man!
• Timon: Oh boy, look like you, the president and the headquarters manager are planning to take over the world.
• Brutox: I hypnotize them.
• Professor Chi-Chi: You what?
• Selfish meerkat: I betrayed you and brought my new friends over.
• Brutox: Traitor. Now i have the time to get revenge on all of you guys. *hypnotize the antenna, making the antenna hypnotize the sky to spread it all over the world*

(The city ended up being hypnotize by Brutox's control)

(At Camp Lagoon, the animals praise and bow down in the sky for Brutox)

(At Funkytown, everyone is holding their flags to pray their master Brutox)

(Back at the rooftop of the new diamond headquarters)

• Pat: No! Everything is going under control.
• Brutox: Yes! This is now the new beginning of a era. Say goodbye to your fun and happy world. Today is a new era where supervillains come and start making the post-apocalyptic world a reality.
• Pat: You won't let all of this stuff happen! *punch Brutox to the ground*
• Timon: Let's fight the control ones first.
• Pumbaa: Right back at ya.

(Timon and Pumbaa fight the hippo president as Stan, Professor Chi-Chi and the selfish meerkat fight the Panther Chief)

• Panther Chief: *growls*
• Stan: Ooh, now you're acting like a wild animal.
• Panther Chief: I am a wild animal! *claw Stan*
• Stan: Hey. *blow the panther chief*

(With Pat, he is fighting Brutox on the ground)

• Brutox: Stupid. *karate kick Pat*
• Pat: Watch it piggy. Oink, oink, oink.
• Brutox: *laser on the grass*

(The spears and arrows break the windows)

(The moles throw the fire spears and fire arrows to the wall)

(In the rooftop, Timon and Pumbaa are fighting the hippo president)

(While Brutox is punching Pat to the wall, Stan jump on Brutox and land on the ground)

• Brutox: What was that?
• Stan: Surprise, you didn't see me, huh?
• Brutox: Now it's the two of you.
• Stan: You're no more.
• Pat: *move away from Brutox* Now Stan!
• Brutox: Stan?
• Stan: *blow the cracked wall with Brutox*

• Stan: This isn't the end of the reign.
• Brutox: You can't tell me what to do. *break the ceiling and head outside*

(Brutox head to the rooftop from breaking the ceiling)

• Brutox: Ah ha! They're attacking my place!

(At the fort)

• Stephanie: Oh no, Brutox caught us all!
• Stuart: Run!
• Brutox: *close the portal with his powers*
• Emily: The portal closed, we can't go back!
• Joey: We're doomed!
• Mole #1: Everyone run!
• Everyone: *panic and run*
• Mole #2: I don't wanna join his side.
• Brutox: No. *fly to the group* This isn't over. You're all joining me! *make the sky hypnotize the group*
• Everyone: All hail Master Brutox.
• Brutox: Go after Pat and Stan now. Enter if you may.

(Pat and Stan arrive at the rooftop)

• Panther Chief: This isn't the end.
• President: It seems that Brutox brainwashed all of his people.
• Stan: What?
• Timon: No.
• Pumbaa: Impossible.
• Brutox: Everyone. Head inside and find Pat and Stan!
• Stephanie: Yes Master Brutox. *break inside with the gang*
• Pat: Oh no. They're brainwashed!
• Stan: The world is changing.
• Timon: Let's go fight the gang.
• President: No! You guys are staying here and that's final.
• Timon: Not today. *smash the rooftop ground, making the group fall into the inside*

(Inside of the headquarters where everything is broken and damaged)

• Stan: Not again. Now we have another room broken down.
• Timon: I'm sorry. It's the okay way to get rid of the building.
• Brutox: My building!
• Pat: Oh look, here they come.
• Pumbaa: Let's comfort them.
• Timon: Guys, guys! It's the superheroes. We're here to save the day.
• Aunt Martha: Move outta the way.
• Emily: You are going down.
• Stan: Oh no, they're brainwashed.
• President: My people, destroy them now!
• Stuart: Let's go. *fell asleep*
• Panther Chief: Lazy bum. I said. *in predator voice* GO!

(The brainwashed people started to fight Timon, Pumbaa, Pat and Stan. Timon taser on the moles, Pumbaa fart on the moles, Pat fight with Aunt Martha and Stan fighting with Stuart in a big brawl.)

• Timon: *spin dash on the moles*
• Pumbaa: Slamma time! *slam on the moles*
• Pat: *fight Aunt Martha* Aunt Martha, you can't do this to us.
• Aunt Martha: Never. Today you die. *punch Pat*
• Pat: Ahh!
• Stan: The Big Bad Wolf huff, huff, and blow away the people! *blow the moles*
• Pumbaa: *throw the moles on the wall* Slam dunk!

• Pumbaa: Oh, i thought we were playing basketball.
• Pat: *still fighting Aunt Martha* Come on, come on. Stop fighting.

• Stan: *still blowing* Come on, come on.
• Emily: Ready Uncle Joey?
• Joey: Yes. Fire!

(The moles throw the fire spears at the building)

• Brutox: Not the building! Why? They never learn.
• Lili: Momo, attack Woof-Man.
• Stan: *stop blowing* Huh? *Momo attacks Stan* Ah! Get out of me you fuzzy bunny puffball!
• Momo: *bite Stan's ear*
• Stan: Yao! My ear!
• Timon: Pumbaa, this is the end. The mole caught us all.
• Pumbaa: *gulp* We are doomed. This is the end of our lifes.
• Mole #1: He he he.
• Mole #2: No more escape for you.
• Mole #3: It's time to die.
• Mole #4: We know who you are.
• Timon: You know what? We're not gonna take it.

• Timon: Kazoom! *lightning blast at the moles*
• Pumbaa: Yeah.

(The background song "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister play as Timon and Pumbaa fight the rest of the moles. Stan grab Momo and throw him in the wall.)

(Pumbaa fart on the moles as Pat is still fighting Aunt Martha)

• Pat: Patrick is my middle name! *punch Aunt Martha in the belly and defeat her* Sorry auntie, you're in Brutox's control.
• Brutox: Ah? No! This is like a video game! Stupid reality.
• Pumbaa: Hey moles, pick somebody on your own size.
• Emily: My size? Are you making fun of our weight?
• Joey: You are a BAAADDD boy!
• Pumbaa: I am not a bad boy. I AM MR. PIG! *chase Emily and Uncle Joey*

(The background song ends and Brutox head over to the secret vault)

• Pat: So you know our secret identities.
• Brutox: Timon, Pumbaa, Pat and Stan. No! They're the superheroes.
• Pat: Come on Brutox, the final battle starts now.
• Brutox: Fine. But i'm not taking a chance. *fight Pat*
• Pat: *supernova attack on Brutox*
• Brutox: Ooh. *plasma attack on Pat*
• Pat: Ouch! *laser attack on Brutox* Hey. I have laser powers. Laser attack! *laser attack on Brutox*
• Brutox: Ow, ow, ow. It hurts.
• Pat: *punch Brutox*
• Brutox: *slam Pat on the wall*
• Pat: Watch it amigo.

• Pat: You're the worst person in the world and everyone has know everything about you since you started becoming a villain in the first place.

• Pat: You're mocking the philosophy, huh?

• Brutox: *mind control on the cube* This isn't the end yet. I have a few worlds to open and that's final.
• Pat: Hey. You act like a evil video game villain from the final boss of a sequel.
• Brutox: Shut up. NOW!!! *make the cube open the portal to the Box Dimension*
• Pat: What is that earthquake sound?
• Brutox: It's actually happening.
• Pat: Oh........no.

(The boxes started to move down and fall in the sky of the animal world)

• Timon: Oh no, the sky is falling!
• Pumbaa: It's the end of the world!
• Stan: Uh oh.
• Stephanie: Ha ha ha. What's the matter now puppy?
• Stan: I am not a puppy! *punch Stephanie*
• Timon: We gotta run! We gotta run!
• Pumbaa: We can't. Pat is missing.
• Stan: Someone is trying to hack into the dimensional cube.
• Timon: It was Brutox!
• Stan: I know that both Pat and Brutox are fighting for the cube.
• Pumbaa: Let's go find them before the sky falls.

(The boxes keep landing and crashing on the ground as the box destroy the antenna from hypnotizing the world. Back at the secret vault, Pat and Brutox are still fighting.)

• Pat: *chop on Brutox* You look like bacon to me!
• Brutox: I smell meat! *punch Pat*
• Pat: Ooh. I smell ham on you! *slap Brutox*
• Brutox: Look like a meal to me! *punch Pat*
• Pat: Ow. I smell a fresh of chicken on you.
• Brutox: Nice try hippo. Chickens are for the birds and pigs are for the meats.
• Pat: Oh no. I am wrong.
• Brutox: *punch Pat* That's right hippopotamus. Superhero movies alway end in a cliffhanger.
• Pat: No. I don't want to end up like the Avengers. I want to end this battle happily.
• Brutox: The villains alway lose! You look like a villain to me. Superheroes alway win and bad guys alway lose!
• Pat: Supervillain!
• Brutox: You don't get it what i said you numbskull.
• Pumbaa: *grab Brutox* Gotcha!
• Brutox: Not the fat warthog again.
• Stan: Alright Pat, now we can get Timon and Pumbaa out of here and save the world.
• Timon: Hurry up, we don't wanna waste time around here.
• Pumbaa: Faster!
• Pat: *slip* Ow.
• Timon: No!
• Pumbaa: It's too late. There is no other way to save the world.
• Brutox: The cube! No!

(The boxes destroy the headquarters as the portal to the Box Dimension closes. The war was over as all the moles and neighbors are defeated in battle. The hypnotize in the sky fades as everyone is back to normal. At the city where everyone is restored after getting out of Brutox's mind control.)

• Elephant #1: Where am i?
• Elephant #2: Nothing has damaged after all.
• Elephant #3: Ahh, back to normal.

(At Camp Lagoon, everyone is restored as they are at the lake)

• Pig #1: Wow.
• Pig #2: Nothing has changed.
• Turtle #1: Whoa, look at that.
• Turtle #2: I didn't changed after all.

(At Funkytown, the lights are back on after everyone is back to normal from being restored out of Brutox's mind control)

• Cat #1: The lights are back on.
• Cat #2: Whoa.
• Chicken #1: Interesting.

• Professor Chi-Chi: This could be paradise. Our new home.
• Pat: But where is your lab?

(Outside of the tunnel)

(After the vision, the boxes float up as Timon charges his powers of lightning with the floating boxes)

• Brutox: *charges his powers with toxic power* This isn't the end!

• Timon: *lightning shock at Brutox*

• Stan: Now we can finally take Timon and Pumbaa home safety.
• Pumbaa: No! He's up in the sky fighting Brutox*

• Pumbaa: I'll find the rest of the people and you go find Brutox with Timon.
• Pat: I will. *fly in the sky*
• Stan: Come on, we need to find all the people that were hit by the boxes.
• Pumbaa: Let's go.

(Pat fly to the sky and arrive to fight Brutox)

• Timon: Whoa, you made it in time.
• Pat: I won't let a hero down for you.

• Pat: Yes. I still have the cube with me so you won't go against me to grab it.

(Back on the ground, Pumbaa and Stan keep moving the boxes as he found the rest of the moles)

• Pumbaa: All of these boxes are empty, what is going on around here?
• Stan: No goodies. Wow, these boxes don't bring us the items like the comics.
• Pumbaa: I found Stephanie.
• Pat: Oh no. Stephanie.
• Pumbaa: I found Professor Chi-Chi and the meerkat.
• Professor Chi-Chi: *wake up* Where am i?
• Selfish meerkat: *wake up* Gosh. What is with all the boxes around me?
• Pumbaa: Both of you, keep looking around for people. I know some of you guys were brainwashed. But keep looking for the people.

(Back in the sky, Timon and Pat are fighting Brutox as Brutox use a toxic hammer to hit on Timon)

• Timon: Ow. His blood is made of toxic.
• Brutox: That's right. This is where i got my superpowers.
• Pat: You stole it from the professor today just to lift up a stadium.
• Brutox: Well, lifting a stadium isn't that much of a bad idea.
• Pat: You'll never learn. *punch Brutox*
• Timon: *fly to Brutox* Hey Brutox!
• Brutox: *move Pat* What?
• Timon: Take this as a reward! *punch Brutox to the ground*
• Brutox: Grrrrr.
• Pat: Ha ha. Take that.

• Stephanie: Why are they moving again?

(Timon and Pat strike a lightning blast to destroy all the boxes from Brutox's attack)

• Brutox: No! That was part of the plan to win!
• Stan: Well? You lose. *punch Brutox's back*

• Timon: Yes!
• Pat: Yippie.
• Timon: We did it.
• Brutox: No. This isn't the end! *fly and punch Pat to the sky and around*

• Pumbaa: What are you doing?!
• Pat: Help me!
• Brutox: You are down! *smash Pat to the ground*

• Stan: We finally won.
• Timon: Look like Brutox is now out of trouble. The city could be back to normal anytime sooner.
• Pumbaa: *grab the cube* It seems that the cube cracked a bit. Is it possible to go back home?
• Timon: Not yet. I liked it fixed.
• Stephanie: No. It can't be happening to Pat.
• Professor Chi-Chi: Oh no, what a miracle. He can't leave us all.

(In flashback, Pat and Stan are babies at the nursery room)

(Flash-foward to where Pat and Stan are kids, they were playing soccer together)

(In another flashback, Pat and Stan are holding hands together in a grassfield and one where Pat is riding on the bicycle with Stan)

• Stan: We are best pals, right?
• Pat: Yes Stan. We will together be brothers and brothers look out for each other.

(In another flashback, Pat and Stan are packing their stuff to move to a new home)

• Pat: Look like we're finally getting ourselves a house.
• Stan: How do you like our new car?
• Aunt Martha: Ooh, i love it. It's red.
• Pat: Red like the bacon.
• Stan: Well Aunt Martha, thank you raising us over the years. Look like we're about to move to a new apartment.
• Aunt Martha: I'm gonna miss you boys. Have fun at the new neighborhood.

• Stan: Yes. There's no place like home.

(Pat and Stan moved to a new house as the truck stops by the new house. The hippo workers move the furniture into the new house.)

(Everyone wakes up)

• Mole #1: Oh my.

• Aunt Martha: Oh, where am i?
• Lili: Momo, are you okay?
• Momo: *stand up*
• Lili: My Momo. My kids.
• Emily: Gosh, what a twist.
• Joey: My back. Oh my.
• Professor Chi-Chi: Give me the cube.
• Timon: *give the cube to Chi-Chi* Sure.
• Professor Chi-Chi: Ah. Why is there a crack on the cube?
• Pumbaa: Don't worry, we can fix it.
• Timon: The battle is over now. We can go home now.

• Timon: We were battling Brutox and let suddenly open up a portal where the boxes fall. A crack open from the cube since the boxes fell on us.

• Timon: I can try one more time on bringing him me.
• Stan: Timon, no.
• Professor Chi-Chi: What?
• Timon: *zap on Pat*
• Pat: *wake up, shocked* Ahh! What is that.

• President: Hello my friends, i am sorry for the incident that caused the brainwash of our world.

• Timon: Look like the case is finally over.

(Timon, Pumbaa, Pat and Stan remove their superheroes forms back to their original forms)

• Emily: Oh, Timon and Pumbaa are also there.
• Joey: The meerkat and warthog?
• Timon: Yes. We were the superheroes the whole time.
• Aunt Martha: My boys! *hug Timon, Pumbaa, Pat and Stan* It was you the whole time.
• Pat: Geez, you don't have to hug us hard.
• Timon: Choking, not breathing.
• Aunt Martha: *stop hugging* So guys, can we all go home and have a good night rest?

• Selfish meerkat: Wait. All i would have to say, i'm sorry.

• Selfish meerkat: For causing all the trouble in your worlds. I will never be selfish ever again.
• Timon: I hope you finally learned your lesson.
• Selfish meerkat: Timon, i don't live in your colony. I live far away from your jungle. I don't usually have friends back there. I was shy, depressed and no place to find. No one would ever talk to me.

• Selfish meerkat: Oh, i already have a home back at the jungle, but far like yours.

• Timon: I'm sorry for fighting you all the way back at the waterfall.
• Selly: I forgive you all.
• Timon: Look like we're going to be friends for now on.

• President: Look like everything is finally going back to normal.

(The police car came)

• Bear Police: Get on the car now!
• Panther Chief: *grab Brutox* Let's go. You're going to jail.
• Brutox: *go the police car* Just because you beat me, doesn't mean that you're a superhero.
• Pat: No one is ever a superhero in real life.
• Brutox: Curse you all! You will all pay for this, the next time i come back!

• Bear Police: That's right. Let's go to prison. *drive the car to prison*
• Professor Chi-Chi: That shame of a supervillain pig is no more. Good riddance.
• Stephanie: Look like Brutox won't be coming back to steal some of your inventions for a while.
• Selly: Oh well, he's gone.
• Timon: Let's all head home for now.
• Pumbaa: Yeah, that's why we can get a good night sleep and return home in the morning.
• Selly: I should apologize to everyone when we return home Timon and Pumbaa.
• Timon: You bet.
• Pumbaa: I'll take that as a complement.
• Professor Chi-Chi: I hope i can finish fixing the cube by morning when my lab is repaired.
• Pumbaa: Ah, i need to let the bed bugs come to my pillow.
