It was a beautiful day in the Pridelands.

The Lion Guard was patrolling Chekundu Cliffs.

"How's your family?" Beshte asked.

"Everyone's fine. Mari sends her love" Kion said.

Kion glanced at Ono.

Ono nodded and took to the sky.

He returned a moment later and settled down on Beshte's back.

"Janja's Clan is attacking Kambuni." Ono said.

"Let's go" Kion said.

"Where are they, Ono?" Bunga asked.

"The Flood Plains" Ono answered.

Kion led his friends towards the Flood Plains.

When they reached the Flood Plains, Kion saw Kambuni cornered in the deep water.

He bounded forward.

"Janja, leave her alone!" He called.

Janja cackled.

"Why should I?" He growled.

"The Flood Plains is a safe zone for the inhabitants of the Pridelands" Beshte said.

Janja snarled.

Kion glanced at Fuli.

Fuli nodded, and moved forward to guide Kambuni away.

Once they had settled behind him, Kion braced himself, and performed the Roar.

It sent Janja's Clan toppling backwards.

Once they had stumbled off, Kion turned to Kambuni.

"Are you okay?" He asked gently.

Kambuni nodded shakily.

"Thank you Kion" she said.

Kion moved forward, and touched his paw to Kambuni's cheek.

"You're welcome" he said.

He glanced at Beshte.

"Can you walk her home?" He asked.

Beshte nodded.

He led Kambuni away.

Meanwhile, Kenai and Kia had met up with Bemba at the Meadow.

They were settled down underneath the baobab tree.

"How was the hunt?" Kenai asked.

"It was fine" Bemba said.

"I caught a galago yesterday" Kia said.

"I know, Mom told me" Kenai said warmly.
