It was a peaceful day in the Pridelands.
The Lion Guard was patrolling Ukuni Woods.
"What's Mari doing today?" Fuli asked.
"She's with Nita and Kora" Kion answered.
He glanced at Ono.
Ono nodded, and took to the sky.
He returned a moment later, and settled down on Beshte's back.
"It's all clear, Kion" Ono said.
"Great job, Ono" Fuli said warmly.
"Let's go to the Lair" Bunga suggested.
"Good idea, Bunga" Kion said.
He and Fuli led the way to Pride Rock.
When they reached Pride Rock, they entered the Lair, and settled down.
Meanwhile, Kora and Mari had met up with Nita at the Meadow.
They were settled down underneath the baobab tree.
"How was the patrol, Daddy?" Nita asked.
"It was fine" Kora answered.
He and Nita watched Mari nestle against him.
"I love you, Daddy" Marigold said.
"I love you both. I'm very proud of both of you" Kora said.
Nita pressed herself against Kora's pelt.
"Thank you, Daddy" Nita said.
Meanwhile, Kenai and Kia had met up with Bemba inside the den.
They were settled down amongst the moss.
"Did you and Belee join the hunt?" Kenai asked.
Kia nodded.
"We didn't catch anything today." She said.
