It was a beautiful day in the Pridelands.
The Lion Guard was patrolling Ukuni Woods.
"How's Basi?" Fuli asked.
"He's fine." Beshte answered.
Kion glanced at Ono.
Ono nodded, and took to the sky.
He returned a moment later, and settled down on Beshte's back.
"It's all clear." Ono said.
"Thanks, Ono." Fuli said.
Meanwhile, Nita had met up with Rafiki at his tree.
She was helping him sort borage leaves.
"Can I talk to Grandpa?" Nita asked.
Rafiki nodded.
Nita cleared her throat.
"Grandpa, I want to talk to you!" she called.
She and Rafiki shivered as Mufasa's spirit embraced them.
"I'm here, Nita." Mufasa said.
Nita felt Rafiki move to stand beside her.
"I want to ask you something." Nita said.
"What is it?" Mufasa prompted.
"Do you still have faith in me?" Nita asked.
Mufasa nodded.
"I always have, and I always will." he said.
Nita leaned against Rafiki's side.
"I love you, Grandpa." Nita said.
"I love you too." Mufasa answered.
Meanwhile, Simba and Nala had met up at the Meadow.
They were settled down underneath the baobab tree.
"How was the hunt?" Simba asked.
"It was fine." Nala answered.
She leaned over, and nuzzled Simba's cheek.
