King Shujaa is a lion that appears in A Great Calling.
Personality[]
Shujaa is described is kindhearted, knowledgeable, and curious. He always puts the needs and safety of his friends above his own, and doesn't want to listen to Mohatu's advice.
After the conflict with the outsiders, however, this changes. He is more hardened and straight to business due to his marriage with Kiara and new royal position, but is still the kind and knowledgeable person he used to be. He is much more willing to listen to Mohatu's advice and is uneasy about his new position among the pecking order.

Shujaa is small and lithe. His shoulders are slight, though he is in good shape, being slim and moderately well-muscled. His fur is grey. His mane is black.
