Like Water and Rain: Season 2 is a season of the fanfic Like Water and Rain by Theultimatelifeform, detailing the adventures of Shujaa during the latter half of The Lion King II: Simba's Pride.  

Description

Several months after the events of season 1, Shujaa returns to the Pridelands with Kovu in tow to carry out a plan for Zira: Get close to Kiara so they can kill Simba. Shujaa, however, uses this as an opportunity to assist the pridelanders and save it from a future kingdom of tyranny. With tensions at an all time high and a war imminent, Shujaa and Kiara, hearts uniting in the face of darkness, must work together to prevent the annihilation of both prides.

Time Period

Season 2 occurs during the latter half of The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, 11 1/2 months after the end of Season 1.

• Originally, it was supposed to be detailing Shujaa's adventures in The Outlands, but was eventually settled on skipping a few months to the later half of The Lion King II: Simba's Pride.
• It was previously going to be called Like Water and Rain: Love Will Find A Way and Like Water and Rain: Princess and The Pauper.
• Like Water and Rain is the only line of Ultimate's fanfictions that will have Kiara be one of the big three characters in every Season.
